Hiring for Experienced Leasing Consultant for Century Park Apartments located in North Dallas, Texas . 2 years experience needed. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultant , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
• Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
• Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.

Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.

Opening for an Assistant Manager at 1701 at El Dorado in the McKinney, Tx . Prefer at least 2 years experience as an assistant manager in the apartment industry.

We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor with at least 2 years experience as a Lead in the apartment industry for Ryan's Crossing Apartments in El Paso, TX. Local candidates only, please. EPA/HVAC certification required.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. Must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing etc. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities
• An eye for detail
• Computer savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus

Make Ready Tech needed for The Hills at Ironhorse & The Hudson in North Richland Hills. Minimum of 6 months experience in Apartment Make-Readies is required. Signing Bonus: Receive $500 signing bonus on 2nd check and receive $500 after 90 days of employment.

Trash out and make ready of apartments. General labor plus some basic handyman skills needed. Will have opportunity to advance toward Maintenance Tech.

Some Make Ready experience required.
