We currently have 2 Make-Ready Techs needed for the Lake Highlands area, in Dallas, TX. Pay is commensurate with experience and size of property. Experience in Make-Ready of Apartments preferred but will train. No experience necessary for the Porter position.
Trash out and make ready of apartments. Experience required: general carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical. Will have opportunity to advance toward Maintenance Tech. The Porter cleans the grounds as well as preforms some make-ready responsibilities.
Make Ready experience preferred.
