Regional Manager

Melissa joined Anterra in 2018 and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2023. She oversees 1,250+ units across Dallas-Fort Worth and brings over 17 years of multifamily experience. She's known for her hands-on leadership, driving team performance, commitment to great service, and consistent operational success. She focuses on building strong, motivated teams and creating a culture of support and accountability.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as photography, and traveling.
