Jon brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate investments, capital markets, and national asset management to his role at Anterra. His career spans multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios, with a focus on aligning investment strategy and operational execution to drive long-term value.

Previously he served as a Managing Director at Harbert Management Corporation, where he held senior leadership responsibilities across multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios and partnered closely with operating teams nationwide to enhance performance and consistency.

At Anterra, Jon is focused on strengthening operations, supporting employees, enhancing the resident experience, and advancing the thoughtful use of technology and AI across the platform. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from TCU and an MBA from Pepperdine University, and leads with a disciplined, people-centered approach grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
