Director of Analytics

Jennifer (or JT)  joined Anterra in early 2023 bringing with her 17 years of industry experience in operational and financial analytics and performance management.  JT is highly skilled in identifying performance issues and working with departmental leaders to correct course and meet client and asset objectives.  JT works with Anterra’s operators and clients to provide proforma and annual budgets, due diligence and market insights, revenue and expense analysis, and overall performance reporting.  Prior to joining Anterra, JT spent four years as Director of Finance, Analytics and Project Management for City Gate Property Group and 13 years with Pinnacle Property Management in diverse roles including analyst and asset manager for institutional clients.  In her free time Jennifer loves to travel the world, research genealogy, or read a great book with one of her four cats in her lap.
